Please read these terms carefully before using Kroogom.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kroogom (the "Platform"), including our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Kroogom is a community events platform that allows users to discover, create, and manage events, join groups, and communicate with other users. The Platform is operated by Kroogom ("we", "us", "our") and is available via web browser and mobile applications. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the Platform. Analytics cookies are only set after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can decline analytics cookies and use the Platform with only essential cookies.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By using Kroogom, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform, including events, group descriptions, messages, and profile information. By posting content, you grant Kroogom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with operating the Platform. You are solely responsible for your content and must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Events
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, including dates, times, locations, and pricing. Kroogom is not the organizer of events listed on the Platform and bears no responsibility for event quality, safety, cancellations, or disputes between organizers and attendees. Attendance at events is at your own risk.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: create false or misleading events; impersonate other users or organizations; use the Platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems; use automated means to access the Platform without our permission; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
8. Payments
Some events may display a ticket price. Kroogom does not process payments or sell tickets. Event organizers may provide external registration or payment links. All payment transactions happen outside of Kroogom, directly between you and the event organizer. Kroogom is not responsible for refunds, chargebacks, ticket validity, or payment disputes. Contact the event organizer directly for payment-related issues.
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, logos, code, and features, is owned by Kroogom and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our written permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kroogom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Platform.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
